First, I want to say thank you to every single person who takes the time to consider purchasing some of my art. I am offering you a little part of my soul, showing you the things that I find beautiful about this world. That you want that in your life and on your walls to be a part of you, means more than I can ever truly state.

Second, I grew up with parents who had a deep appreciation for the arts and the world we live in. I truly believe that being taught from an early age to find beauty in all things from the smallest details to the larger picture comes from them and all they shared with me. They surrounded me with so many ways to explore this world- from hiking the Bay Area Hills with my father to season tickets at the theatre with my Mom. And art all over our walls. I could get lost in other worlds. Other textures. It opened my mind. Because that’s what art does.

For me, the connection within art comes from you taking a little bit of my soul into your own home and loving it as much as I do. That shared reality and view of the world. Or of the possibility of what the world could be.
